Chen Xiya, born in 1997 in Wenling, Taizhou, Zhejiang, currently works and lives in Hangzhou. She graduated from the College of Foreign Languages at Capital Normal University, majoring in French Language and Literature, and went on an exchange to the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium in 2018.
